As I rolled out of bed to the cheap smell of perfume in the air, I suddenly foundthe inability to breathe. I wasstrugglingandrealised I had to get to the hospital pretty quick! Iimmediately got changed and ran to the door with serious chest pains..Locking the door behind me I rushed round the back to be faced with my beautiful blue motorbike, which had been scratched in the night. I was furious, realising it wasnt going to be cheap to fix, it was my second motorbike repair this year, and all of the quotes I recieved last time around were pretty expensive. I slammed my foot on the gas and raced down to the hospital.
1 hour later.. I was told by the doctor I was going to be fine but this worrying experience made me think about my life, and what would have happened if I wasnt alright? I decided as soon as I got home I was going to browse the internet for some life insurance quotes. After all I couldnt just sit around doing nothing, this event had shook me.
Bleep. The computer monitor turned on. I moved my mouse onto internet explorer and typed in www.google.com. The search engine appeared onto my screen, I searched 'cheap life insurance quotes'. 105,000,000 results. I was overwhelmed with choice. I clicked on around ten or so companys before plucking up the courage to ring one up. I dialed the number, and the phone started to ring. "Hello, welcome to Brooks life insurance company". The woman at the other end of the phone sounded very nice and was very helpful with plenty of information to give me helping me decide what to do.I walked over to my kitchen window and pulled back the curtain, staring back at me was my bright blue sports bike. All of a sudden it was as if she could read my mind.. "Mrs Adams, What vehicles do you own and how often arethey used?" ..I suddenly clicked I was going to be paying out a fortune. "Just a motorbike, and it's used daily" I replied. "I see" she replied. It was as if I could see her face, full of greed. I was doomed.
